Project Manager required for an independent multi-disciplinary construction consultants based in Bristol. Working on schemes up to £2 Million you will need to be a strong and ambitious project manager able to work in a team, but also able accountable for your own projects and able to work on behalf of the client to ensure successful delivery of their schemes in refurbishment and new build projects.
Using PRINCE2 you will need to be able to undertake pre-project duties in terms of studies, contractor appointments and experience with either the JCT or NEC contract type.
