Lovely double room in Clifton Village

Hi, I am a fun, friendly and tidy teacher who has a double room in a top floor flat with a fantastic view and access to a huge garden.

The room is fully furnished with desk, wardrobe and single bed, (although there is space for a double.)

Rent is £500 a month including all utility bills (including tv licence, council tax, broadband and free evening and weekend calls to landlines).

I am looking for a professional female, who is reliable, friendly, sociable, tidy and easy going. The house is non-smoking, and you would require reference and credit checks by the landlord.

Moving date is negotiable, but my housemate would be looking to move in early-mid August due to getting a job outside Bristol.
