Job Description

The majority of your role is desk based. You will have strong communication skills and a proven ability to build rapport with new candidates and clients immediately. You will get to win new business with International companies, and sell the benefits of your service to them, creating long lasting relationships that will allow you to become a real name in your market.

You will sell and market relevant candidates to the client. Listening skills are the key: so that you can ascertain their needs and sell your candidates effectively.You will also have the opportunity to go on client visits, in order to build close relationships with your clients. In addition you will get to negotiate rates/fees with companies which is a fun and challenging aspect of business which requires strong powers of persuasion and tenacity.

Your candidates will have extensive specialist skills that are sought after in the marketplace. You will be a positive individual who is able sell and present effectively.As financial rewards in recruitment are far and above what you can expect in any other graduate career, you must be money motivated and ambitious!

First year earnings will be include a basic salary of £16-18k making a realistic OTE of £40k+ plus all the trimmings of car targets, clothes vouchers, champagne lunches and trips away for the successful candidates.
