Web developer and general computing genius is needed to work within the bowels of the Adventurists organisers of ridiculous adventures the world over.

Our website is the main way we talk to the world at large as well as build a community of willing fools ready to throw themselves into the thick of it. As well as being the main way we shout out to the world, the website also has lots of clever admin things to help us keep organised. But it's not enough. We want more, more features, more code, more power in fact more everything to help us in our constant quest to take over the world.

The main job we need you for is website development and maintenance, however there will be an element of Systems Administration for the computer systems within head quarters.

We need you to be capable of following entire projects from conception through development, testing, release and use by our unruly hoards of adventurers. You will need to be working on multiple projects at the same time whilst juggling and riding a unicycle. You need to have your finger on the beating pulse of the interweb to know what all the clever developments are and how we can use them. Also we want someone who knows how humans actually use websites as well as how 0's and 1's can be scripted into exciting algorithms. If you like adventure that will also be a billy bonus.

We're hoping you know about the following:

* PHP
* MySQL
* AJAX
* HTML / CSS
* Flash
* Actionscript
* SEO
* Google Analytics

And if possible some knowledge of the following systems things:

* Linux Sys Admin
* SAMBA
* VMware
* Windows Sys Admin (various flavours)

The Postion:

* Full time, permanent role.
* Starting early November.
* £18,000 p/a with a performance related review at 6 months.
