We are looking for a housemate to sign a six month agreement on a medium sized bedroom in a victorian terrace house. The house is located 10 ten minutes (walking) from the city centre and only a minute from Northstreet. It is a two minute walk to the UWE bus stop. The house has two bathrooms a decent sized garden and garage.

Currently occupied by two full-time working men both aged 26. We are a relatively laid back house and like to keep it clean but not too OCD.
