The Sir James Henderson School in Milan is entering a major new phase of its institutional life and is seeking an experienced educational leader who is interested in filling the position of Principal. This person will work in partnership with the Heads of Lower and Upper School to enhance teaching and learning, to promote innovation, and to help the school live its educational values with clarity and integrity.

The school provides a quality British education in an international environment to some 800 students from 3 – 18 years of age and our students progress to universities in the UK, in Italy and throughout the world.
 
 
Qualifications Required :

- We are seeking a dynamic educational administrator with a minimum of 5 to 10 years appropriate teaching and administrative experience.
- Bachelors and Masters Degree in relevant field,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Some Italian helpful, but not essential
- Detail oriented, flexible work style, multi-tasking.
- Ability to communicate clearly and cooperatively with governance, staff and faculty with widely varying knowledge of accounting and financial matters.
- Ability to manage a varied workload.
