Filing Clerk Administrator
My client a professional law firm based in fantastic new offices in central Bristol are currently recruiting for a Filing / Administration Clerk to join their friendly team.
Core Responsibilities
Your role will be to work as part of a team providing an effective administration support service to the Injury Risk Department in Bristol.
Key responsibilities and requirements:
• File correspondence and other records in chronological order, according to subject matter or other system
• Search for and investigate information contained in files
• Insert additional data on file records
• Keep file current
• Supply information from file data
• Copy records on photocopying machine
• Maintain and update archive file/boxes
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as and when required
Key Skills
• Experience working in a legal environment is preferable
• Pleasant and friendly personality
• Excellent personal and professional presentation skills
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of Word and Outlook is preferable
• Ability to prioritise; well organised and able to work to deadlines
• A flexible and self motivated team player
• Hours of work – 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday
Starting salary £11,000 per annum
