We are currently looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to work within a beautiful and exclusive country house hotel near Bath.The hotel is renowned for its luxury accommodation and fine dining so some experience at this level would be beneficial.

The main purpose of the role is to operate the Cocktail Bar whilst adhering to its high standards, exceeding sales and customer care and leading the operation in the absence of the Bar Manager.

You must have excellent communication skills, demonstrate orderly financial and administrative control and have worked in a bar environment previously.
