I have a large furnished room available mid week (eg Monday - Friday),
suitable for a single person. Its in a gorgeous modern flat in Horfield, just off the Gloucester Road (opposite Horfield Sports Centre), close to Airbus Filton, M32/M4/M5, Southmead/Frenchay hospitals, Rolls Royce, UWE etc, but still walking distance from the shops etc on Gloucester Rd and not far from central Bristol. There's wireless broadband, a bike shed and parking.
You'll be sharing with me - I'm a professional female in my 30s. I work long hours and I need the house to be quiet so that I can relax a bit in the evenings. However I am sociable and hoping to find someone who'll share a bottle of wine, a tube of Pringles and a natter every now and then. You'll have the bathroom mainly to yourself and we'll share the kitchen, lounge and dining room.
Short term lets also considered.
Rental terms are 1 month (£330 inc of bills) in advance + 1 month's deposit. References required. Non-smokers only.
