Hiya Peeps,

I'm (for my sins) looking to rent a room of my house out. (It is a house share not just a room rent). It's a gorgeous quiet Victorian which is decorated nicely. The room is single and furnished, it would suit a professional or mature student. Even somebody who only wants a part-week rent would be fine - (obv then rates negotiable).

I have a dog - so you must like them - she’s friendly too! (But she doesn’t drink wine like me..)

The room is available May 08. As right now I have a lovely Italian lady living here, but she will be going in May which is why I need a replacement!
