We are looking for a single person, non-smoker who is tidy and considerate and is English native speaker. You would be sharing with 3 other professionals in their twenties (2 female, 1 male). The room will be available from 1st June.

The house is 15 - 20 minute walk to the centre and 5 mins to Tobacco Factory. The house is on Islington Rd. There is on street parking available and we have bicycle storage at the back of the house.
The room is partly furnished with a single bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
There is internet broadband, Virgin TV channels and landline etc in the house.

The RENT is £195 a month PLUS BILLS which are between £40 and £70 a month

We are preferably looking for professional but do not mind students if they are prepared to pay council tax.
