Hi, I'm looking for someone in a similar situation as myself:
I have some savings, a job, but unable to get onto the property due to not earning enough for the bank to lend me a decent amount of money.

I have been to the bank, they will lend me £49k.

So if you could match this and we went halves on a small house I would be interested in hearing from you.

Not bothered about your sex but you must like pets ( i have one cat ) and be a non smoker aged between 18-40.

My intentions would be for us to buy something that needed some work but nothing major, then possibly selling on at a later date at a profit then repeating the process.
