Responsibilities:
ˇ     
Respond to all technical and other customer service queries emanating from Clients, Installers and End Users of the companies Domestic Controls product range demonstrating excellent knowledge of product functionality and wiring connections. 
ˇ     
Provide first level technical support for UK Utility products, liaising with the Engineering Department when necessary to resolve customer queries.
 
Assist in the production and maintenance of instruction leaflets. 
ˇ     
Maintain monthly customer statistical information  
ˇ     
Assist in monitoring competitor activity
ˇ     
Assist in the new product introduction process. 
ˇ     
Organise Warranty replacements and product samples as appropriate to include upkeep of Customer returns database. 
ˇ     
Support external Sales Team 
ˇ     
Support Sales Office activities.
 ˇ     
Other tasks as required by the Sales Office Manager or Commercial Manager
