We have a large, furnished room available from August. It is in a big bungalow oppersit the MOD, and two min walk from Sainsburys. On the 73, 70, and university bus roots, the house consists of a huge front room, kitchen and dinning room. There is a large double garage and a garden. The property is managed by a letting agent which means that any problems are (and have been) dealt with promptly. They also cut the grass for us once a week. It is a detached house on a quiet road.
You will be sharing with two easy going early 20 year old guys. You will need to pay one months rent and one months deposit before you move in.
