Job Description:
As Assistant General Manager you will have overall responsibility for the operational and financial running of the site, ensuring the highest possible levels of product and delivery are being implemented and maintained at all times. Successful candidates will have full financial accountability, so an excellent business and financial acumen is required. Assistant General Managers are responsible for the operational training for their staff as well as recruitment and retention.

Required Experience:
You will be a strong motivator and leader and have a passion for both the industry and quality service. You will have excellent people management skills and experience in a high quality, high volume branded site. As Assistant General Manager you will have full financial accountability of the site, so a strong business and financial acumen is necessary.

Salary:
As well as the excellent basic salary of up to £28,000 +bonuses which are TBC
