Hotel Leisure Club Manager - 20k - Bristol

Our client is one of the leading hotel company's in the world with a strong portfolio of hotels in the UK and internationally. This property is located in Bristol and consists of 150+ bedrooms along with full food + beverage facilities and a large conference + events offering. The hotel has a full leisure club with outside membership of over 200.

Job Description
Reporting to the Hotel Manger, this role forms part of the senior management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of leisure club management including staff training, health + safety and membership retention and sales.

Required Experience
- Leisure Club Management experience (strong assistants will be considered)
- Relevant qualification
- The ability to lead and develop team members
- A background of working within branded operations where standards and procedures are paramount
- Membership retention and sales experience

Salary and Benefits
Our client is offering a competitive salary of £20000 along with bonus potential of a further 2000 and excellent training and progression opportunities. This client also offers group discounts and other company benefits.
