I'd like to rent a garage/room/space/workshop/whatever in the BS3 part of Bristol (or near by). I would like somewhere to put my drum kit and practice, so about the size of a standard garage would be ample. An otherwise unused area of an existing commercial premises would be fine, I don't mind sharing providing the other users don't mind a bit of noise, although most of my practice time is outside of normal working hours. I will happily soundproof if required.

It has to be reasonably secure and ideally I'd like access whenever I wanted. Light is essential and a power supply would be useful but not vital.

Maybe you have commercial premises with unused space such as a basement or backroom and want to make a bit of cash on the side? I can provide references/deposit as required. I'm not sure what a fair price would be although I was thinking about the £15-25 per week range (that seems to be about the going rate for lock-ups/garages) - although I'm open to negotiation.
