We are looking for a Commis Chef for a large internationally recognised hotel in North Bristol.

Working as part of the very important kitchen team, it will be your challenge to make sure guests feel at home every time they visit. This is achieved by paying attention to detail and exceeding guest expectations with personal touches to truly make their experience memorable. My client prides itself on staff motivation and morale. They offer rewards for exceeding the expectations of not only guests but also those of the Heads of Departments.

This position requires you to adopt a hands-on approach to service as you will not only be working closely with guests but also Front of House Staff and taking guidance from the senior Chefs.

You will be required to have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, earlies, lates, weekends and evenings. A good level of spoken English is required as is experience of working to safe practices and standards. Right to work in the UK or Ireland is essential as this is an immediate start.

There may also be the opportunity to study towards formal qualifications at a local college to help you develop your career.
