Job Description
As a Sales Support Administrator you will be providing administration support to the field sales team. This role includes secretarial duties, marketing and business analysis functions. You will be working with the Customer Services Manager, Field Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager and Territory Manager. The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for making travel arrangements, drafting correspondence, banking, ordering and issuing of samples, preparations of dockets, data entry inputting, reporting of statistics and preparation of National Account Bulletins for the Field Sales Team.
Experience
Experience of business to business administration is essential, retail knowledge would be preferable, good keyboard skills and accurate attention to detail is a must. You will be self motivated and able to prioritise you own work load.
