We're 2 girls, 24 & 26 looking for a third housemate for our lovely new home in Totterdown! Its in a fantastic location just off Wells road, near to the popular Paintworks, Banco Lounge, Tescos and a local fruit & veg shop.

The house comes unfurnished (though we will be bringing a sofa, freezer,coffee table, throws etc) with stripped floorboards throughout, and a fantastic paved outdoor area perfect for bbq's! Just 10mins walk from temple meads the room is ideal for commuters and professionals working in the city centre.

Available from the 7th August.

There is a small fee of £30 for the application forms and drawing up the contract.
Rent is £298 pcm + bills.
