Job Title: Project Director
Location: Bristol
Salary: c£45-50k - High-end negotiable doe. + Benefits

Client: A UK leader in Infrastructure Development working on high profile, multi-disciplinary projects on an International basis.

Our client has an extensive track record of working with regional development agencies, local authorities and private developers to deliver major, successful Regeneration Projects throughout the UK.

Key Objective: The principal function of this position is to represent the company as Project Director on large multi-disciplinary regeneration projects.

Role Overview:
- Directing the project with a variety of specialist inputs from other parts of the company.
- Close liaison with clients and other parties related to the planning and delivery of multidisciplinary sustainable Regeneration schemes, acting as a single point of contact for all Project activities.
- Manage and develop others in the delivery team and provide input into other non-project related areas e.g. Business Development etc.

Job Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence.
- General civil engineering and building project management experience with in-depth knowledge of at least one relevant engineering field.
- Experience of similar duties for another consultancy or developer.
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is essential.
- Ideally Chartered.
