Flat is situated close to Whiteladies Road, 2 minutes walk from Clifton Down Station and Sainsburys, 15 mins walk to the Triangle and Clifton Village.

Rent - £375/month per room. Bills work out equally at about £140/month each.

About me, I'm 27yr old professional male, looking for sociable housemates with a good sense of humour who are up for the mid-week beer.

One room is available to rent now, the other will be available within next 2 weeks. A 6 month contract and deposit (amount TBC) required. The flat is strictly non-smoking.
