Salary: c.£25K basic, OTE £150K

The Successful Candidates…
…Will have direct sales, or B2B (Business to Business) Sales experience; ideally within IT sales, media sales or financial sales, but any non-retail sales arena will be considered.
…Will be looking to progress their career within a company that will offer fast track promotion and great earning potential.
… Will be responsible for:
- High-level B2B sales
- Negotiating with Senior Managers and Directors
- Build quality relations to ensure repeat business.
The Role
Recruitment Consultant; a varied Business to Business Sales Role.
The Role of Recruitment Consultant varies from Company to Company and Sector to Sector, however, it involves elements of:
• New Business Generation,
• Business Development,
• Establishing Key Client Relations,
• Advertising and Marketing,
• Interviewing and general Sales.
Recruitment is often described as a “business within a business” as you are directly rewarded by the amount of effort that you put in; it is one of the most lucrative areas in Sales.
Our Client prides itself on high performance levels providing effective recruitment to their Clients; you will be expected to maintain these performance values through your personal business plan and consistent billings.
Unlike other sales dominated roles the recruitment industry offers basic salaries with high, achievable OTEs. Our Client currently offers the best sales talent:
- Up to £25K basic wage depending on experience
- An expected 1st year OTE of £50K-80K
- An achievable OTE £80K-150K in the 2nd year
- As a Company profile 50% of its Recruitment Consultant’s earn over £100k and 15% over £200k.
- Further incentives include trips abroad to Puerto Banus, Dubai and Las Vegas; company car targets up to Porsche and Aston Martins; tickets to major sporting events including the British Grand Prix, Royal Ascot and the FA Cup Final; and champagne lunches to Michelin starred restaurants.
