Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor - **Bristol**

c£50k + package

Our client, an expanding M&E contractor are currently looking for an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to be based based on a healthcare project in Bristol. There is an M&E value c£10M so you need to have worked on similar M&E value contracts.

Ideally you will have full understanding and working knowledge within M&E PFI/Commercial sectors where you will be responsible for interim valuations, variation submissions, subcontract order placements and letter writing associated with any commercial issues and agreement of final accounts. This position offers career development and scope for promotion to senior levels.
