If you are a talented Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef De Partie looking to join a forward thinking brigade, cooking to a Michelin Star level then this is the position for you! The company is expanding so there is a lot of room for progression in the near future. Due to location you will either need to live in the Shepton Mallet region or be looking to relocate to the area.
Chef requirements:
*At least 2 Rosette level background, 3 or star would be preferable
*Forward thinking and creative
*Fantastic skills
*High hygiene standards
*Looking for progression
*Experience in a top restaurant or hotel
*Close proximity to Shepton Mallet/ Wells, or willingness to relocate
The salary starts at £18,000 - £19,000 yet there is a lot of room for progression either at this site or one of the new Hotels
