From November the 10th, myself, (Rich) and fellow astronauts (o.k not quite but nevermind) Kate and Alison and Pepsi the Jack Russell are moving into a fabulous house in North Road, St Andrews. It’s in a great spot as it’s near all the Gloucester Road Cafe's, shops and pubs (and the park!) but also sufficiently shielded and quiet to give maximum peace levels for those days needed to be spent chilling out and relaxing, after busy, but yet rewarding days in the outside world! It’s a lovely big room that’s available too!

I’m 33, Acupuncturist, Kate's, 28, Support Worker, and Alison is 26, Research Assistant / holistic therapist (both veggies).

We’re all moving in together for the first time, after recently finding each other in the great house share expanse, but have a common affinity, and if you feel you may have that too, then reply to this ad.

Also since we’re all moving in together for the first time, you don’t need worry about needing to integrate into an existing house share, but rather being part of a new creation! We want to make this house a home.

The rent is £270 a month excluding bills, and since we are renting through an agency there is also an initial agency fee.

Just remember, the house is spread out over three floors and also has a garden (and shed, nice)!
