Duties and responsibilities include setting up play activities, registering children, liaising with parents, organising a variety of events and functions, maintaining budgets, organising and running staff meetings, advertising the nursery etc.

- Must hold a recognised childcare qualification in accordance with OFSTED guidelines (i.e. NVQ 3/NNED or equivalent)
- Experience within the childcare industry
- A good theoretical and working knowledge of the EYFS
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to plan and organise
- Committed to maintaining high standards in childcare
- Flexible and Team Player
- Caring, Friendly, responsible and reliable
