It’s a Victorian villa, shared with 3 others (2 girls and 1 boy) who are in their mid 20's-30’s and are nice, clean and easy to get along with.

It’s 20mins walk from the centre of town and has a lovely back garden.
Rent is £300 per month and this includes Internet, TV license, council tax, gas, and electricity
