Hello Home Hunters.....
I am looking to get back to London so am open minded with regards to type of property and size. but would prefer west London, although anywhere considered.
I have a 2 bed Flat near Fishponds which is about a 10 min walk or 5 mins by car, where there are all the things you need like a Morrinsons, Weatherspoons, restaurants , banks, hairdressers, Doctors etc: and other amenities.
In the other direction about a 10 min drive or a 20 min walk through the park, there is a 24 hour Tesco(which has proved very useful), Asda living store, Mothercare,next outlet store, pizza hut,Halfords and an Ikea. (think that's about it)
Its not to far from the M4, M5. So within easy reach of Wales, the North ,
South West and the East.
(That's about that for location)
The Property is an 2 Bedroom with 1 Bathroom, 1 Kitchen, 1 large Front-room and a garage. The Flat is on the second floor of a three story building, and I believe the property's are RTB.
The Main Bedroom is big enough for a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and all that good stuff.
The second bedroom is big enough for a single bed and small wardrobe.
The Bathroom has one Toilet, Hand Basin and Bath with an electric shower.
The Kitchen has been refurbished within the last 8 months and has space for a little table (I have a breakfast bar sort of thing in it ) plenty of storage space and a tidy hole for your washing machine. and or course your fridge/freezer and cooker.
The Front-room is a large south facing room with a sliding door that leads onto a balcony big enough for a small round table and a couple of chairs. which is nice in the summer. the is also a cupboard in the front-room which I have been using as a walk in wardrobe. (so its a pretty big cupboard)
This property is Housing Association, with the rent being £93.79p. which includes the service charge, for the on-site caretaker.
I think that's all there is to tell and I hope it makes up for the lack of pictures, which I will put up at the earliest opportunity.
