Funky E-commerce Web Developer needed

We are a young mad group of designers, entrepreneurs & sales people who have some great and exciting projects!

We want help creating our e-commerce framework!

The position would suit a web developer who wants to grow and be set free! We are a small dynamic group who are looking for a real team player and someone who know their stuff or wants a chance to prove themselves. We have some great ideas that needs to come to life!

Essential Skills:

Web application development experience.
Knowledge of Ajax, Web 2.0, ASP / ASP.NET, Web standards, usability, accessibility, i.e. W3C / WAI, (X) HTML standards, W3C DOM, etc. is very advantageous.

Experience developing WAP/XHTML services for E-commerce and retail website experience is also very beneficial

The successful applicant will also show a mix of the below:

• Awareness of web standards and usability
• Ability to use initiative but staying within specification guidelines.
• Attention to detail in code.
• Good debugging skills
• Good documentation skills
• Good testing skills
• General knowledge of coding / optimisation for search engines like Google
