We have a single room available to let in our family home. We would prefer a short term let of up to 2-3 months, with the possibility of an extension.

The room is quite small with a desk and a single bed so comes at the reduced rate of £225 pcm, this includes all bills except phone calls. You would also enjoy broadband access, plus use of a shared kitchen, dining room, bathroom, conservatory and a beautiful garden.

We are an easy going, young and funky mother and daughter combo so looking for a tidy, chilled female preferably. Would make an ideal home for a student who is out a lot but wants somewhere cheap to live. For the right person there may also be the opportunity to reduce the rent in return for regular babysitting.
