Hey,

We are a 26 year old female, final year student and 23 year old male graduate looking for someone to take over the third room in our house once our flatmate moves out.

The house is a new build (5 months old), with underground parking, bike storage, all mod cons (dishwasher, integrated cooker, fridge freezer etc), high speed wireless internet, phone line and large Virgin TV package.

The flat is on the top floor which means it has lovely sloping roofs making the rooms feel even bigger! The back of the house faces onto the allotments and there is a large driveway so there is no traffic noise.

The room on offer is a good size, unfurnished double (the rest of the flat is furnished).

We're both friendly, tidy and laid back and are looking for similar people.

Non-students please due to council tax.
