We have a lovely sized double room to rent in our house, sharing with a lesbian couple and a guy all in our late twenties. The house is quite central and easy walking distance to main shops and city centre, train station. The house benefits Sky tv and wireless broadband, the garden is the best feature as its quite big and great for BBQS in the summer.
The room does come fully furnished with double bed, tv and dvd player.
We have a lovely little jack russell called Rosie, she is very friendly and loving.
The rent is £330 per month including all bills, deposit required.
