Purpose
Our Environment, Health & Safety Group specialises in contentious and non-contentious environment, health and safety and food law, and is rapidly expanding.

Duties
Dependent on experience and background your responsibilities may include:

• Running prosecutions and defences for clients
• Giving advice to corporate bodies
• Environmental health and safety support to our Corporate Department
• Promoting Lyons Davidson at relevant environment, health and safety conferences
• Providing an advisory service to clients on regulatory matters

Competencies
• Excellent communication skills
• PC literate

Experience
We are interested in hearing from solicitors with litigation and regulatory experience, a background in criminal prosecution/defence matters and an interest in Health and Safety; or qualified and experienced Health and Safety Practitioners, who may not necessarily be qualified in law.
