Double Room in friendly shared house.Rent is inclusive of ALL bills. Including Wi Fi Internet connection,Brand new washing machine and tumble dryer,virgin TV package . The landlord recently replaced all the windows and doors in house with brand new double glazed windows and doors so house is secure and energy efficient! Its a 5 minute walk to glos road with all the shops and bus routes into town, filton or UWE.
The garden is massive and is the highlight of the house for me.There is also a garden shed[an old bomb shelter actually] that can store bikes and other stuff like tents outdoor equipment etc..
A bit about who you will be sharing with.....I am a young 35 year old professional musician[saxophone]I teach 4 days a week and do lots of gigs in Bristol and beyond.I have a studio in Clifton so only play occasionally in the house.Outside of music I enjoy cooking,tennis and a good knees up!I am relaxed and easy going but also like to keep the house tidy but not O.C.D about it!
