We are a bunch of friendly mixed (girls and guys) professionals, graduates and 3rd years who rent rooms in the house and share the communal areas... it's fun and very sociable and definitely not a "student house". We keep the place clean & tidy, enjoy movie nights, and look after the house.

We are close to UWE, M32 and on direct bus routes into town, in a popular area with excellent local facilities.

The house has a landscaped patio slightly overgrown! garden and secure bike parking.

The communal areas include lovely huge lounge with 2 leather sofas/dining area (large TV, DVD player etc) and kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer etc), 2 toilets, and new luxury upstairs bathroom and extra shower room (stone tiles, beautiful double shower).

The kitchen and communal areas are fully equipped/furnished. All bills inc internet, gas and electricity are guaranteed at £55 exactly per month.
