Receptionist
Beautifully located company in central Bristol requires a receptionist to join their busy and vibrant team!
They are seeking someone with previous reception experience to:
• Receive incoming telephone calls and redirect as required.
• Take messages as appropriate and pass on.
• Control of entry to building
• Greet clients and visitors and announce.
• Maintain visitors logbook.
• Co-ordinate use of meetings rooms.
• Accept deliveries, after ensuring validity.
• Liaise with suppliers / contractors / managing agent.
• Send and receive faxes.
• Assist with the making of meeting and conference arrangements, to include catering arrangements as necessary
• Operate office equipment such as a photocopier, facsimile and others as needed
This is a varied role and requires an individual who takes pride in their work and can act as an ambassador for the company. They must be highly professional and presentable. Top communication skills are also essential. You must also be literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
