An opportunity to join a forward thinking team, based in a Gastro destination Pub /Restaurant, situated in a stunning location in the heart of the picturesque Chew valley, equidistant from both Bristol & Bath.
The Pony & Trap has an excellent reputation for good food and is part of a group of two Gastro pubs with further expansion plans.

The successful candidate will have responsibilities covering all aspects associated with customers anticipating a quality dining experience, Bar and waiting service, bookings, cash and credit card processing ,together with any other duties that ensure the smooth running of our busy environment.
A proactive approach to marketing and advertising initiatives will be welcome and encouraged.
Hours will be 5 lunch services 10.30am till 4.0pm together with 2 evening services 6pm till 11.45pm, a total average of 40 hours per week
