DESIGN TECHNICIAN

Due to an increase in forthcoming developments we have a vacancy for a Design Technician to join
our team in our Bristol office.
As a long established independent house building company we specialise in creating desirable homes
in sought after locations. We are passionate about good design and the quality of our homes.

You
You should have experience of working with a house builder or within a design practice. A sound
knowledge of the planning system and building regulations is essential. The ability to produce
drawings by hand and using AutoCad is a requirement.
We are looking for a motivated person who is looking for the chance to be involved in some varied
and interesting projects with an innovative and exciting developer.

Responsibilities
Coordinate the submission of Building Regulation Applications
and procure other statutory approvals.
Produce designs for layouts and house designs.
Submission and the monitoring of Planning Applications.
Coordinate the submission of Building Regulation Applications
and procure other statutory approvals.
Production of sales information and co-ordination of computer
generated images for brochures.
Provide technical support and information to Construction,
Commercial and Sales Departments.
