Our client is a well established building, civil engineering and rail contractor based in West Wales. They require a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on several projects, in the rail sector. The contract will be Freelance for 6 months which then the successful candidate will be made permanent.

Duties:
Procurement of subcontract, cost and value reconciliation
Applications for payment
Variations to contracts
Producing cost reports, valuations and forecasts through to preparation of final accounts

£250 - £350 a day Ltd/payee
