Mature professional contractor looking for weekday accommodation somewhere near the city centre (North of the Floating Harbour) from around mid-May until the end of September. Looking for a room in a shared house or maybe a studio, as Travelodge living is starting to get really old.

I would like to find somewhere clean, comfortable & quiet, with use of the kitchen. Internet access and somewhere to park my car would be a bonus, though not essential. I was hoping to pay max. £320 per month (all inclusive).

Most weeks I arrive late on Sunday night and leave on Thursday morning & I wouldn’t be around a great deal as I work long hours. Weekends are spent at home in Brighton with my family.
