An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially strong Spa / Beauty manager for this stunning spa facility based in Bristol.
Responsible for upholding the highest levels of service, operation and profitability, previous Beauty / Spa management experience is essential.
Excellent financial and commercial acumen are paramount.
Managing 6 treatment rooms, and a team of therapists, you will have effective KPI management skills, as well as the ability to successfully lead, motivate, and inspire, encouraging sales and both new and repeat business.
This is a highly Customer Service driven environment, so your presentation, communication and organisational skills are key. You will have an industrious attitude, with the ability to drive forward sales and service. You will preferably be Elemis trained, and essentially hold a beauty therapy qualification. Salary up to £22k + commission.
