Sous Chef / North Bristol / Traditional Food Led Pub / c£18,000

Sous Chef required for well established food led pub situated in North Bristol. Our client's culinary offering is wholesome traditional British cuisine (approximately 45 covers), all of which is made from fresh seasonal produce.

Although this is a relatively small team/operation applicants will still need to be competent in all areas associated with running a professional kitchen. Part of the role will also involve deputising in Head Chefs absence so candidates must be confident in their own ability to cope when under pressure.

The pub is privately owned and has an excellent reputation for quality. We are looking for a committed Chef ideally from an all fresh food background. The Salary is up to £18,000 depending upon experience.
