To share with two young professional guys. The room is in the upstairs of the Botany art studios in St Werburghs. The room is mid sized big enough for a double bed anyway. The building is very old and quirky used to be a pub and is very well located near Mina park and the Duke of York pub.

The place has all the usual white goods (apart from a tumble dryer) nice cooker with six hob range, bath, shower, central heating, internet. The communal area is a kind of combined kitchen living room its small but cozy.

We are two easy going creative guys, enjoy socializing, cooking going out etc. Both smokers I am afraid! Filthy habit but I like it.

The rent does not include any bills.
