Are you a professional Receptionist with a proven Blue Chip background, immaculate presentation, good admin skills and the ability to work to an exceptional standard within a fast-paced corporate environment?
Our client is an international company based in central Bristol, seeking highly polished Career Receptionist. Acting as the face and voice of the organisation, you will be responsible for all aspects of reception duties including answering and transferring a high volume of incoming calls, meeting and greeting clientele, booking multiple meeting rooms and catering, arranging couriers, occasional post room YOU MUST HAVE – 3+ years of solid reception experience, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), a mature outlook, and a great ability to multi-task whilst maintaining a calm and professional presence at all times! This is not an isolated role as you working with one other person.
