Construction Site Manager. Bristol. £37,000+ Benefits.

Our client is a highly successful National Contractor specialising in projects across the board. With regional offices in Bristol, they are looking to expand this established and thriving sector of their business with an experienced Site Manager to manage a new Refurb and New Build Scheme.

As the successful candidate, you will be managing any one of the company's new Education or healthcare schemes in which the value ranges from £1.5m - £2m. You will be reporting to the Project Manager

You will ideally have a construction related qualification and be already in a similar role for another contractor. An excellent communicator, you will be self motivated and driven.
