We have a double room available (1st June 2008) in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat on Whiteladies Road and are looking for a clean, non-smoking professional girl to share with us. We are both quiet, friendly, professional girls, aged late twenties. We are looking for someone friendly and of a similar age to move in.

The room is a double, on the third floor. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk and 2 cupboards. The house is spacious and homely. We don't have a garden but we are only a couple of minutes from the downs and the room faces onto a quiet garden.

The rent is £300 pcm plus bills (about £80-100 per month). Please email me if you would like to come round and view the room and meet us.
