A World Leader in Media and Communications are looking to recruit a Director of Service Support to lead the execution plan to transform its current service support operational mode into a class leading and scalable global team, supporting multiple services.
You will require experience of leading and growing service support and NOC operations for global services. Be highly knowledgeable on latest service management methods (ITIL) and technical trends (ITILv3 certified or equivalent knowledge and expertise.) Very good overall understanding of the various needed Service Management (ITILv) processes especially in the Service Operations area, SLAs and management tools/practices. Have Experience of building and leading a high availability NOC for global consumer services.
Strong Senior Level management and leadership skills (50+), Sharing goals: interacting and presenting and leading and deciding - including of course being competent in the leadership domains of Gaining support and Delivering Success. Specifically: - Being a very competent communicator and - Demonstrated results in achieving highly efficient, quality, secure services.
