The Role
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced direct sales manager to lead the fundraising effort for an exciting new client campaign aimed at Bristol homes and residents. Our client is a non profit organisation providing funding for local level social enterprises and causes and is very well supported by the community. We acquire new supporters for our client by approaching householders through door to door canvassing.
The Sales Manager will have full responsibility for the weekly and monthly sales targets for the campaign and will be training and managing new sales recruits that are generated by the company, on a day to day basis. As this is a permanent campaign, the Branch Sales Manager will be building teams, promoting Team Managers and reporting directly in to the National Sales Manager.
Rewards:
The Branch Manager will benefit from a £20k base salary plus overrides. OTE £60k. Uncapped earnings. Mobile and mileage allowance. Excellent career development potential.
Duties:
* Managing and motivating sales personnel on a day to day basis, Monday to Friday.
* Building sales and headcount targets
* Training and coaching sales personnel
* Managing allocations of territory
* Reporting daily to senior management
Applicants will have:
* Face to face direct sales experience
* Sales leadership & team management skills
* A high level of motivation
* Be financially driven
This position is full-time, field based for an immediate start.
