hi im looking to move out this month so need someone to take over my share of the rent on a house i share with 2 friends.
its about a mins walk from north street with lots of nice bars/cafe etc and about 20-30mins to town.
the room is unfurnished although could possibly include a bed. rent is £275 with £100 for all the bills which includes sky+ and wireless internet.
looking for someone of a similar age group (23) and interests (usual stuff, music, gigs, films) pretty social, tidy and friendly.
